CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, we require a $20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance may transfer the $20 deposit to a future appointment (one-time transfer). • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the $20 deposit. • No-shows will also forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking again.
